We're delighted to be renovating this beautiful, historic building. We'll be creating an exceptional bar/cafe venue with 10 modern apartments in the Leigh Town conservation zone. Our goal is to blend the building’s history and character with modern design and technology for an exceptional living experience.

Pictured in 1950's, 42 King Street has been a jewel in the crown of Leigh's industrial heritage. It was a popular pub called 'Eagle and Child and Sons' in the 50s. Most recently it was known as Bar Quaye, a nightclub which permanently closed its door during the COVID pandemic.
