The conversion of former redundant office space to 6 private residential apartments for private rent. Over four floors, this Georgian City Centre building teamed with it’s city centre location created the most inspirational residence.
Preston Savings Bank began operations at this building in 1816 having previously occupied premises at the National School in Avenham, and Chapel Street.
The Wesleyan Lecture Hall, originally built as an extension of the bank, is at far left.
