Renovation & retro-fit project converting a four storey Georgian townhouse into a high-end, 9-bed co-living space for working professionals on the edge of Preston City centre.

The townhouse required extensive elevation works, including the construction of a two by two stobay and the excavation of a light well to the basement.

This beautiful Georgian town house was formerly a women's refuge and was once scheduled to be demolished to make way for a General Post Office sorting office but escaped that fate and still stands today. It was most recently used for office space.
