BARE source & purchase historic buildings in need of renovation. We design to preserve the history and heritage of the building whilst implementing modern design and efficiency standards.
Build
We manage the full build contract and all sub-contractors deployed on site. Doing this reduces build costs and allows us to stick tightly to our social impact philosophy.
Manage
Our internal team manages the rental of the newly restored building. This can be high quality living space, A-class office space, community functions or retail & commercial.
